Digital Product License & Refund Policy

Digital product license

Unless a product page states otherwise, a PVO Labs Standard license is for one purchaser, one business and one activated copy of the applicable product.

You may use the product internally for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, copy for third parties or make the template or source files available for download by others.

License keys may be technically linked to the purchase email and to a specific Google Sheet or product instance. Legitimate replacement requests can be reviewed by PVO Labs support.

Lead Recovery System Standard plans

Lead Recovery System Standard is offered at $34.99 per month or as a 12-month license for $299 per year, unless a clearly displayed promotional price applies. The annual option saves $120.88 compared with 12 monthly payments. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. If you cancel, your license remains active until the end of the period you paid for. Billing and renewal terms are shown before purchase.

Founding beta: beta signups closed on October 15, 2026. Offers made to founding beta users remain honored under their original terms. The founding-beta annual offer is $199 for the first annual license (instead of $299). It is available to beta users who complete their 15-day beta, submit an honest written review of their experience and allow PVO Labs to publish that review on pvolabs.com, if claimed by November 15, 2026. The review may be positive or critical; the founding price does not depend on its content. Published reviews from founding beta users are identified as such. If PVO Labs made you a different founding offer in writing before October 7, 2026, that written offer applies instead. These licenses then renew at the standard annual price unless canceled before renewal.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. Delivery may include a license key, access link, setup instructions, downloadable files or a combination of these. For Lead Recovery System, your Google Sheet copy link and license key are sent by email within 1 business day of purchase.

Refunds

Because digital products can be accessed or copied immediately after delivery, refund requests are reviewed individually. If the product is materially defective, cannot be activated as described or you received the wrong product, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

We may decline refund requests based solely on change of mind after the digital product or license has been delivered and accessed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
