Service Terms

These terms apply to paid services from PVO Labs: the Deep Business Audit, setup (installation and configuration) services and care plans. Digital products such as Lead Recovery System and Jobsite Ready Team are covered by our License & Refund Policy. PVO Labs is operated by Pierre Martel.

1. Free Revenue Leak Audit

The free audit is a short online questionnaire. Within 2 business days, we send you a short video and a one-page written report with our observations and suggested next steps. It is free, with no obligation to buy anything.

2. Deep Business Audit ($999)

  • What you get: a complete written dossier on how leads, quotes, scheduling, field work, invoicing and admin flow through your business, where time or revenue leaks, a prioritized roadmap and recommended fixes, plus a recorded video walkthrough. The dossier is yours to keep, whether or not you work with us afterward.
  • How it works: after payment, we email you the intake questionnaire within 1 business day. You may add screenshots or exports if you wish. We never ask for passwords or for your customers' personal data.
  • Timeline: we deliver within 7 business days after we receive your completed questionnaire. If we need a clarification, we ask in writing and the timeline resumes once we have your answer.
  • Credit: the full $999 is credited toward any setup of $3,000 or more that you sign within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds: full refund if you cancel before you submit the intake questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is submitted, the audit is non-refundable, except if we miss the 7-business-day delivery timeline: in that case, you get a full refund on request.

3. Setup services and care plans

Setup services start from $850 and care plans from $300 per month. Every setup is described in a written proposal that states the scope, deliverables, price, timeline and payment terms. The proposal is the only commitment: nothing is started or charged before you accept it. Care plans are billed monthly and can be canceled at the end of any billing period, unless the proposal states otherwise.

4. Your part

You agree to provide accurate information and timely answers. Our recommendations depend on the information you share.

5. No guaranteed results

Our audits and setups are designed to help you find and fix operational leaks. Any estimate of time or revenue impact is based on the information you provide; it is an estimate, not a guarantee. Results depend on how the recommendations are applied.

6. Confidentiality

We use the information you share only to deliver the service, and we never sell it. We may use anonymized, aggregated insights to improve our services. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PVO Labs' total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
