What is Lead Recovery System?
Lead Recovery System (LRS) is a Google Sheets-based lead follow-up system for owner-led service businesses and small teams. It helps you see who needs a follow-up today, what happened last and what should happen next.
Is LRS a CRM?
No. It is intentionally lighter than a full CRM and focuses on one job: making lead follow-up clear and consistent.
Does Standard automatically send emails or SMS?
No. Standard organizes who needs follow-up and provides editable message templates, but you send the actual email, text or call yourself.
How long does setup take?
The visual Quick Start Guide takes you from your copy link to your first follow-up in 7 steps, about 30 minutes. Initial setup should be completed on a laptop or desktop.
What do I need?
A Google account, a laptop or desktop for setup and your existing lead list. You can begin with only a few real leads.
Can I use my existing leads?
Yes. Paste the leads you already have into the LEADS tab, so you don't start from zero.
How much does Lead Recovery System Standard cost?

How do I receive my copy after purchase?
After purchase, you receive your Google Sheet copy link and your license key by email within 1 business day. The Quick Start Guide then takes you to your first follow-up in about 30 minutes.
How do renewals and cancellation work?
Your plan renews automatically each month or each year until you cancel. You can cancel from your customer account before your next renewal date, and your license stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Billing and renewal terms are shown before purchase.

Can I share or resell my copy?
No. Each license covers one purchaser email and one activated Google Sheet. If you need a legitimate replacement, PVO Labs support can reset it.
Can PVO Labs use my feedback on its website?
Only with your permission. A review is never required to buy or use LRS, and we only publish genuine feedback from real users.
Where is my lead data stored?
Your leads stay in your own copy of the Google Sheet inside your Google account. Your Standard license is linked to one purchaser email and one activated Google Sheet.
Why might Google show a permission or "unverified app" screen?
LRS runs on Google Apps Script inside your own copy of the Sheet. Before any script can run, Google asks you to approve its permissions. Because the LRS script has not been through Google's app verification, Google may also show an "unverified app" notice. The permissions are used to edit your LRS Sheet, create reminder triggers, send your digest and report emails, and contact the PVO Labs license server. LRS does not read your Gmail inbox or your Google Drive. The Quick Start Guide shows exactly what to expect.
