These Terms of Service govern your use of pvolabs.com (the "Site") and of PVO Labs products and beta programs. The Site is operated by PVO Labs, a trade name of Pierre Martel, individual sole proprietor, Château du Prignon, CD 10, 13100 Saint-Marc-Jaumegarde, France. By using the Site, applying for a beta or using a PVO Labs product, you agree to these Terms. Purchases, plans and automatic renewals are also governed by our Terms of Sale.

  1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and use the Site and products for business or professional purposes. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
  2. Use of the Site You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its security or operation, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
  3. Products and licenses PVO Labs products are licensed, not sold. Unless the product page states otherwise, each license covers one buyer email and one activated copy, for the billing period paid for (monthly or yearly). Jobsite Ready Team is licensed per company: unlimited copies of the template for your own jobs, shared with your own crew, as described in our Terms of Sale. You may not copy a product for third parties, resell it, share your license outside your company, remove license checks, reverse engineer the scripts or make the templates publicly available. We may suspend or revoke a license used in breach of these Terms.
  4. Beta program
  • Beta access is offered free of charge to businesses that join by the published deadline (October 15, 2026).
  • Participants agree to use the product with real leads for 15 days and to send candid written feedback. No call is required, and a positive review is never required.
  • Participants are never charged automatically at the end of the beta. Those who choose to continue can pick the monthly or the yearly plan. The founding offer (first year of the yearly plan at $199 instead of $299 for beta users who complete their beta and submit an honest review that PVO Labs may publish) and any earlier written offer are described in section 5 of our Terms of Sale.
  • Beta versions may contain bugs and are provided "as is". Please keep your own backups of important data.
  • You allow PVO Labs to use your feedback to improve its products. We will not publish your name, business name or a quote from your feedback without your consent. If you claim the founding offer, submitting your review for it gives that consent for that review only, and you can choose how you are identified (for example, first name and type of business only).
  1. Your data and your communications The data you enter in a product stays in your Google account and remains yours, including if you cancel. You are responsible for having the right to store and contact your leads, and for complying with anti-spam, telemarketing and privacy laws when you follow up with them.
  2. Third-party services Products depend on Google Sheets, Google Apps Script and your Google account, which are provided by Google under its own terms. We are not responsible for changes, quotas, outages or restrictions imposed by Google or other third parties.
  3. Intellectual property The Site, products, templates, scripts, guides and brand elements are owned by PVO Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted to you, no rights are transferred.
  4. Disclaimers The Site and its content are provided for general information. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any specific business result from using our products. Jobsite Ready Team is a logistics checklist and does not replace site safety assessments, equipment inspections, applicable rules or trained supervision.
  5. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, PVO Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, or USD 100 if you did not pay anything. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  6. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
  7. Governing law These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
