This Privacy Policy explains how PVO Labs ("PVO Labs", "we", "us") — a trade name of Pierre Martel, individual sole proprietor, mailing address 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States — collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit pvolabs.com (the "Site"), request the free Estimate Follow-Up Kit, take the Free Revenue Leak Check, request a Free Revenue Leak Audit, apply for a beta, purchase or activate a PVO Labs product, or contact us.
Information we collect
Order information: name, email address, billing details, order number and purchased product. Payment card details are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store full card numbers.
License information: license key, the email linked to the license, an identifier of the activated Google Sheet, product version, activation date and periodic license-check results.
Template delivery information: for products delivered by sharing a Google Sheets template (such as Jobsite Ready Team), the Google account email you send us, your order number and the date we shared or removed access.
Email signup information: when you request the Estimate Follow-Up Kit or sign up for our emails, we collect your email address, the form or page you used, the date and time, and your IP address. Our email provider also records whether our emails were delivered, opened or clicked, and when you unsubscribe.
Free Revenue Leak Check information: your email address, your answers and your results, as described under "Free Revenue Leak Check".
Free Revenue Leak Audit information: what you submit in the audit form and what we prepare for you, as described under "Free Revenue Leak Audit".
Beta and support information: what you send us by email or through our contact form, such as your business name, approximate lead volume, current follow-up method, support requests and written product feedback.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar data collected automatically by Shopify through cookies and similar technologies.
Your business data stays in your Google account
The leads, contacts, notes, pipeline data, job details and checklists you enter into a PVO Labs Google Sheet are stored in your own Google account. PVO Labs does not sell that business data.
Estimate Follow-Up Kit and marketing emails
When you enter your email address to get the free Estimate Follow-Up Kit, you agree to receive the kit and a short series of follow-up tips by email from PVO Labs, and occasional emails about our products and services. We say this next to every signup form.
Who processes it. These emails are sent with Klaviyo, an email marketing platform based in the United States. Klaviyo stores your email address, your signup details and your email activity on our behalf. If you sign up through a fallback form, Shopify may also store your email address as a customer record with your marketing preference.
Your choices. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to contactpvolabs@gmail.com to unsubscribe or to have your email address deleted. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; it does not affect emails needed to deliver a product you purchased.
How long we keep it. We keep your email address and email activity for as long as you are subscribed, plus up to 12 months. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your request so we do not email you again.
Free Revenue Leak Check
The Free Revenue Leak Check is a short online questionnaire (about ten questions) about how your business handles leads, quotes, invoicing and time. You need to enter your email address to see your results.
What we collect. Your email address and your answers. Your results are calculated automatically from your answers, shown on screen and emailed to you. Please do not include passwords, payment details or personal information about your customers in your answers. We never ask for them.
How we use it. To calculate and send your results, to send you follow-up emails related to your results, and to tell you about PVO Labs products or services that match what you told us. Your answers and results are stored with your email profile in Klaviyo and may also be stored in Google Sheets accounts controlled by PVO Labs. We may use anonymized, aggregated answers that do not identify you or your company to improve the Check and our services.
How long we keep it. Up to 24 months after you take the Check, or for as long as you are a customer. You can ask us to delete your answers earlier.
Your choices. To access, correct or delete your answers, or to stop follow-up emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to contactpvolabs@gmail.com.
Free Revenue Leak Audit
If you request a Free Revenue Leak Audit through our online form, this section applies in addition to the rest of this policy.
What we collect. Your first name, work email, company name, optional company website, how you would like to receive your results, and your answers about your business: business type, team size, your role, how you handle leads, quotes, scheduling, invoicing and admin work, the tools you use, an approximate range of annual revenue (optional), a short free-text answer (optional), and how you heard about us. Please do not include passwords, payment details or personal information about your customers in your answers. We never ask for them.
How we use it. To prepare your audit, deliver your results by email, a short video or a video call, and contact you about it. If our review suggests that a PVO Labs product or service could help, we may tell you about it by email. You can ask us to stop at any time. We may also use anonymized, aggregated data that does not identify you or your company for research, benchmarking and improving our services.
Who processes it. Your answers are collected with Google Forms and stored in Google Sheets and Google Drive accounts controlled by PVO Labs. We use service providers to run the audit, such as Google (forms, spreadsheets, email and video meetings), other video or scheduling tools, and AI tools that help us review answers and prepare your report. These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it. We keep audit responses for up to 24 months after you submit them. If you become a customer, we keep them for as long as we serve you. You can ask us to delete them earlier.
Your choices. To access, correct or delete your audit responses, or to stop follow-up emails, write to contactpvolabs@gmail.com.
How we use information
To process orders, deliver digital products and issue, activate, verify or reset licenses.
To share a purchased template with the Google account you give us, and to remove that access when needed (for example after a refund).
To deliver the Estimate Follow-Up Kit, your Free Revenue Leak Check results and the follow-up emails you signed up for.
To select beta testers, provide support and improve our products using feedback.
To prepare and deliver your Free Revenue Leak Audit and follow up about it.
To prevent fraud, license abuse and unauthorized redistribution.
To keep accounting and tax records.
To send product updates or marketing emails only if you have opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: Shopify (store, checkout, payments and digital downloads), payment processors, Klaviyo (email signup forms, marketing emails and the Free Revenue Leak Check results), and Google (email, Google Drive sharing and Google Workspace services used for delivery and support). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. For the Free Revenue Leak Audit, the service providers we use are described above.
Where data is processed
Our service providers may process data in the United States, Canada or other countries where they operate.
Retention
Order and accounting records are kept for as long as required by law (generally up to 10 years). License and template-sharing records are kept for as long as the license is valid plus a reasonable period for support and fraud prevention. Email signup data is kept for as long as you are subscribed, plus up to 12 months. Free Revenue Leak Check answers and Free Revenue Leak Audit responses are kept for up to 24 months. Beta applications that are not selected are deleted within 12 months. Support emails are kept for as long as useful to handle your request.
Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time.
California and other US state residents (CCPA/CPRA and similar laws): you may request to know, correct or delete your personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies set by Shopify that are necessary for the store and checkout to work, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used. Our kit signup forms and pop-up store a small flag in your browser (local storage) so the pop-up does not show again after you close it or sign up. Emails sent with Klaviyo contain tracking links and a small image that tell us whether an email was opened or clicked. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie banner or Your Privacy Choices page.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Payments are processed on Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our products are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
