Delivery Policy — Digital Products

- No physical shipping All PVO Labs products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping fees.
- Lead Recovery System After your payment is confirmed, you receive an email at the address used for your order with your license key, the link to create your copy of the product and access to the Quick Start Guide. Delivery is automated and usually arrives within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases it may take up to 24 hours. Beta access is delivered manually after signup.
- Jobsite Ready Team Right after checkout, you can download the Access + Quick Start PDF from the order confirmation page and from your order confirmation email. Then email contactpvolabs@gmail.com with your order number and the Google account email you want to use. We share the template with that Google account within 1 business day. You then make your own copy (File → Make a copy) and keep it in your own Google Drive.
- Didn't receive your product? Check your spam, promotions or junk folders first. If nothing has arrived within 24 hours (Lead Recovery System), or within 1 business day of your email (Jobsite Ready Team), email contactpvolabs@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it.
- Correct email address Your order, license and delivery are linked to the email address entered at checkout and, for Jobsite Ready Team, to the Google account email you send us. Please double-check them. If you made a typo, contact us and we will review the change.
- Requirements All products run in Google Sheets and require a Google account (a free one works). Lead Recovery System: initial setup requires a laptop or desktop computer. Jobsite Ready Team: each crew member who ticks boxes or enters quantities needs a Google account, and live updates require an internet connection.
