Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on pvolabs.com from PVO Labs, a trade name of Pierre Martel, individual sole proprietor, Château du Prignon, CD 10, 13100 Saint-Marc-Jaumegarde, France (contactpvolabs@gmail.com). By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

  1. Products PVO Labs sells digital business systems built on Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, such as Lead Recovery System and Jobsite Ready Team. The main features, requirements and limitations of each product are described on its product or sales page. For example, Lead Recovery System Standard organizes follow-ups and provides message templates, but does not send emails or SMS automatically. Jobsite Ready Team is a pre-departure truck loading checklist; it is not a safety program.
  2. Plans and prices Lead Recovery System Standard is available as:
  • Yearly plan: $299 per year, renewing automatically every year.
  • Monthly plan: $34.99 per month, renewing automatically every month. Jobsite Ready Team is a one-time purchase of $69.99. It does not renew. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location. The price charged is the one shown at the time of your order. Any change to a renewal price is notified in advance as described in section 4.
  1. Payment Payment is due when you place your order and, for subscription plans, on each renewal date. It is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners using the methods offered at checkout.
  2. Automatic renewal and cancellation (subscription plans only) Your subscription plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month for the monthly plan, every year for the yearly plan), and the payment method on file is charged on the renewal date, unless you cancel before that date. The renewal terms are shown before you pay, and your consent to them is requested at checkout. Yearly plan: we email you a reminder before each renewal, with the renewal date, the amount and how to cancel. Monthly plan: we email you a reminder of your subscription terms at least once a year, and you can cancel at any time. How to cancel: email contactpvolabs@gmail.com from the email address used at purchase, or use the cancellation link included in your purchase and reminder emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: your license stays active until then and is not renewed. If a price changes, we will notify you by email before the new price applies to your next renewal, with instructions to cancel. One-time purchases, such as Jobsite Ready Team, are charged once and never renew.
  3. Beta offer (Lead Recovery System) Beta users use Standard free of charge for 15 days and are never charged automatically at the end of the beta. Founding offer: beta users who (a) complete their 15-day beta, (b) submit an honest written review of their experience and (c) allow PVO Labs to publish that review on pvolabs.com can buy their first year of the yearly plan for $199 instead of $299, if they purchase by November 15, 2026. The review may be positive or critical: the founding price does not depend on what the review says. Published reviews from founding beta users are identified as coming from beta users who received this offer. After the first year, the plan renews at the regular yearly price ($299) unless canceled as described in section 4. The founding price applies to the yearly plan only; the monthly plan is offered at the regular monthly price. Earlier written offers: if PVO Labs sent you a different founding offer in writing before October 7, 2026, that written offer applies instead of the one above, provided you join the beta before beta signups close on October 15, 2026.
  4. Order confirmation and delivery You receive an order confirmation by email. Products are delivered electronically as described in our Delivery Policy.
  5. License Lead Recovery System: each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, valid for the billing period you paid for and renewed as described in section 4, to use one activated copy of the product for your own business, linked to the purchase email. When a plan ends without renewal, the license is deactivated at the end of the paid period. Your leads remain in your own Google Sheet. Legitimate replacements can be reset by PVO Labs support. Jobsite Ready Team: one purchase covers one company. You may make unlimited copies of the template for your own jobs and share them with your own crew. The license does not expire, unless the purchase is refunded. For all products: you may not resell, share outside your company, sublicense, publish or redistribute the product, its templates or its scripts.
  6. Refunds Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Jobsite Ready Team includes a 14-day refund.
  7. Your responsibilities You are responsible for your Google account, the data you enter in the product and the messages you send to your leads. You must comply with laws that apply to your communications, such as anti-spam, telemarketing and privacy laws (for example the CAN-SPAM Act and the TCPA in the United States). Jobsite Ready Team is a logistics checklist: it does not replace site safety assessments, equipment inspections, applicable rules or trained supervision, and you remain responsible for your crew, your equipment and your job sites.
  8. No guaranteed results PVO Labs products are tools that help you organize your work. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, recovered revenue, complete loads or other business result.
  9. Warranty and liability We will make reasonable efforts to fix defects that prevent the product from working as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the product is otherwise provided "as is", and PVO Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, loading errors, missing equipment or job-site decisions), or for changes, outages or limitations of Google services. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  10. Governing law These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence. Before any legal action, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue amicably.
